🌟 Exciting Times Ahead with DaYii 2024! We need your support! 🌟
We are thrilled to share that we have just completed a dynamic information session with 35 passionate peer leaders from across Scotland who are eager to continue on the DataKirk youth internship initiative journey! 🎉
During our session with them – (Timi Olanrewaju Iyenoma Ediae Pascal Tene Nzokou Oluwatoniloba Nabeelah Omotunde-Young Abdulmuiz Adaranijo and others), several inspiring conversations emerged:
🔹 Our peer leaders are highly conscious of their crucial role in the growth of the Scottish economy and are ready to contribute meaningfully.
🔹 They are aware of the challenges posed by Scotland’s ageing population and are keen to drive innovative solutions.
🔹 They expressed a strong desire to have a voice and visibility in shaping their future and the future of their local communities.
🔹 They see it as a top priority understanding the various pathways available in Scotland to enable them make informed decisions about their careers and contributions.
🔹 With an entrepreneurial mindset, they are excited to explore opportunities that foster innovation and economic development.
🔹 They are looking for a platform to engage, interact, and collaborate with like-minded individuals and industry professionals.
📌 The DaYii 2024 programme is set to start in June 2024 and
promises to be an enriching experience:
✨ Co-creation session
✨ Bootcamp (BI, AI, Product Mgt., Project Mgt., Robotics etc)
✨ Workshops (Hands on experiences)
✨ Apprenticeship opportunities.
✨ Organisational tours
Over the next year, these peer leaders will participate in a series of educational, fun, motivating activities and events designed to help them create the future they envision.
We can’t wait to see the incredible impact these young leaders will have as they step into their roles with enthusiasm and determination.
